It celebrates collective memory and the care, curiosity, and commitment of all who contributed.
More than a venue, the 1 in 12 is a living community, joyful, resilient, imperfect, and ever-evolving. The publication and accompanying three-part podcast series tell the Club’s story through the voices of members and artists who have sustained it for over four decades, revealing a space shaped by solidarity, resistance, and chosen family.
